About Safoof Beejband:
This is a Unani medicine preparation. Can be beneficial in all kind of spermatorrhoea (Spermatorrhoea means involuntary loss of semen, which generally takes place during sleep or under various conditions during urination or at stool at other times. It is often associated with irritability and debility of the generative organs), Increases viscosity of semen, prolongs mating period and strengthens the kidney & bladder.

Ingredients of Safoof Beejband:
Sida cordifolia (Beejband Siah) : Sida cordifolia is a perennial subshrub of the mallow family Malvaceae native to India. It has naturalized throughout the world, and is considered an invasive weed in Africa, Australia, the southern United States. Sida cordifolia contains ephedrine, which is an amphetamine-like stimulant that can cause harmful side effects. Since April 2004 the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has banned ephedra, Sida cordifolia, and other products that contain ephedrine. Despite serious safety concerns, Sida cordifolia is used to treat bronchial asthma, tuberculosis, colds, flu, swine flu, chills, lack of perspiration, headaches, nasal congestion, cough and wheezing, urinary infections, sore mouth, and fluid retention. It is also used for heart disease, stroke, facial paralysis, tissue pain and swelling (inflammation), sciatic nerve pain, insanity, nerve pain, nerve inflammation, ongoing achy joints (chronic rheumatism), and unwanted weight loss. 
Cleome viscosa (Tukhme Hulhul):  The plant is used as a stimulant in food in order to improve the appetite.The leaves are diaphoretic, rubefacient and vesicant.A decoction is used as an expectorant and digestive stimulant to treat conditions such as colic and dysentery.Chewing the leaves for a week is said to improve a woman's chances of becoming pregnant.The leaves are used as an external application to treat wounds and ulcers; relieve rheumatism; and to act as a counter-irritant to treat herpes infections.The juice of the leaves has been used to relieve earache[
