Talbina has great importance in Tibbe Nabvi (Sav.), a powerful recipe prepared from lentils of Talbina, cooked in milk and mixed with dates and honey. It is a great product for children, young people, elderly and women, it contains protein, carbohydrate, fiber, calcium, vitamin.
How to Make:
(1) Mix 2 table spoon talbina in milk 200 ml.
(2) Boil 5 to 10 minutes & stir continuously.
(3) Add honey/ dates according to taste.
