Heat 1 cup water or milk and add 2 Tablespooon (30 g) Dehlvi Talbina. Cook for about 20 minutes. Constantly stir to avoid lumpiness. Stirring regularly top up with milk to make 200 ml. Add Dehlvi Multiflora Honey, raw sugar or jaggery if not diabetic. For better results and taste, add dry fruits and/or fresh fruits. Close lid tightly after use.
